Fiber Laser Cutting
3kW–6kW fiber lasers cutting carbon steel, stainless and aluminium from 0.3 to 12 mm, with clean kerf and no secondary deburring on most contours.
Six in-house processes mean fewer suppliers, fewer handoffs and one team accountable for the tolerance on your drawing.

Progressive and single-stage dies designed and cut in-house, running on 25–250 T presses for high-volume brackets, clips, contacts and deep-drawn shells.
Press brakes with a 3 m bed and a full tooling library. Bend allowances are simulated before the first part, so the flat pattern is right the first time.
Robotic MIG, TIG, spot and stud welding with dedicated fixtures. Complete weldments arrive assembled, with hardware inserted and ready to install.
Milling, turning and tapping for the features a press cannot make — precision bores, threads and mating faces held to ±0.02 mm.
Powder coating, zinc and nickel plating, electrophoresis, anodising, passivation and silk screen — salt-spray tested to your specification.
Each step has a named owner and a fixed deliverable, so you always know what happens next and when.
Send STEP/DWG files. Quote returned within 24 hours, including material, process and tooling cost.
Engineers flag tight radii, thin webs and costly features, and propose changes that cut price without changing function.
Dies and fixtures built in-house in ~15 days. First articles ship with a full dimensional report.
Approved samples move to the line. SPC on critical dimensions, traceable by material lot.
